There are plenty of good ways to beat
The weather known as ‘the summer heat.’
But to those who expose
Their skin, wearing no clothes:
Avoid the sunny side of the street.

We Brits don't see sunshine a lot
And we're not used to it being hot
But we slap on the oil,
Hit the beach, start to boil
Just like a lobster in a pot!

Do you bask in it and work on your tan, or run for the shade before you wilt? Or does summer heat for you just mean slightly clearer skies over the igloo?
